Which appointment should I book?

If it is your first time visiting a Clinical Nutritionist, you are required to book an Initial Consultation. The reason for this is so there is enough time allocated for an extensive health history, to perform diagnostic tests to meet your health needs, discuss your goals and expectations and to develop a personalised treatment plan to help improve your overall health and guide you on your health journey.

 30 Minute Review Consultation

This appointment can only be made after an initial consultation. The purpose of a follow up consultation is to check in with your practitioner and to continue working on your health goals. This may involve developing a new treatment plan or adding to your original treatment plan from a previous consultation.

 60 minute Extended Review Consultation

If it has been sometime since your last consultation, or have certain aspects of your health changed greatly since your last appointment? If this is the case, it is recommended you book an appointment for an extended 1 hour review consultation to ensure there is enough time to discuss your current health status and evaluate your treatment plan.
